Although Hemangioparicytoma (HPC) is a rare vascular tumor can be originated from any organ system it is commonly originated from skeletal muscle. In the literature so far 55 cases originated from sinonasal region are reported. These are less than 5% in all of the cases. We reported here a HPC case relapsed 2 times in spite of surgical treatment originated from premaxillary soft tissue.
