Abstract

Acute pancreatitis (AP) typically begins with abdominal pain. It is a acute clinic with the height of the blood and urine of pancreatic enzymes as a result of an inflammatory disease of the pancreas. AP is a disease with high morbidity and mortality. Drugs are considered to be the most common cause of acute pancreatitis after then alcohol and gall bladder stones. Paracetamol is widely used in our country and all over the world. While investigating the cause of acute pancreatitis, parasetamol should be kept in mind becouse of its common using. In this study, we present 18 years old male who becomes acute pancreatitis after taking high dose of paracetamol for suicide.
