Abstract

Güdük apandisit, nadir bir komplikasyon olup apandektomi sonrası 1/50.000 oranında görülmektedir.Apendektomi öyküsü olan hastalarda güdük apandisit tanısı gözden kaçabilmektedir.Klinik olarak akut apandisite çok benzemektedir.Biz de bu makalemizde nadir görülen, acil serviste güdük apandisit tanısı konmuş bir vakayı sunacağız.
