Hyper-Dominant Left-Circumfl ex Artery Supplying Left Anterior Descending Artery Territory

Abstract

We report an interesting case of a 77-year-old woman who presented with a non-ST-segment-elevation myocardial infarction. Coronary angiogram revealed a critical stenosis of the

proximal right coronary artery as the culprit lesion. Left coronary angiography showed an extraordinarily long vessel supplying left circumfl ex and partly left anterior descending

artery territory. We aimed to present and discuss this very rare congenital coronary abnormality and its possible clinical consequences.

Abstract

( Sakarya Med J 2017, 7(2):112-115 ).
