Bilateral Palatin Tonsil Yerleşimli Epidermoid Kistler: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Epidermal inklüzyon kistleri vücudun çeşitli bölgelerinde
görülebilen benign lezyonlardır. Aksiller, pelvik ve submandibuler lenfoid
dokuda görülmesi iyi tanımlanmış bir fenomendir. Sitomorfolojik ve
histomorfolojik olarak malignite ile karışabilmesi açısından literatürde birçok
kez ele alınmıştır. Ancak Palatin tonsilde rastlanması çok nadir görülen bir
durumdur. Bilateral olması ise daha da nadirdir. Literatürde buna benzer yalnızca
bir vakaya rastladık. Bu çalışmada tekrarlayan tonsillit ve uyku apnesi
nedeniyle tonsillektomi yapılan on yaşında erkek hastada tespit edilen
bilateral palatin tonsil yerleşimli epidermoid kist vakasını rapor ediyoruz.
