Abstract

Soliter fibröz tümörler sıklıkla plevradan köken alan ender neoplazmlardır. Soliter fibröz tümörün toraks duvarında saptanması son derece enderdir. Ağrısız kitleler olması nedeniyle ihmal edildiğinde dev boyutlara ulaşabilen bu tümörün erken tanısı son derece önemlidir. Genellikle benign olarak düşünülse de malign potansiyeli olan bu tümörlerin total rezeksiyonu ve yakın takibi tedavinin yapı taşlarıdır. Bu nadir ve ilginç vakayı soliter fibröz tümörün göğüs duvarında da bulunabileceğini vurgulamak için sunuyoruz.
