ERCP ve Biliyer Stentler: Hangi Stent Ne Zaman Kullanılmalı?

Abstract

Günümüzde ERCP işlemi esnasında biliyer sisteme stent konulması çok sık uygulanan bir işlemdir. Biliyer stent endikasyonları perforasyon ve kanama gibi ERCP komplikasyonları hariç tutulduğunda, zor koledok taşı, malign biliyer darlıklar, benign biliyer darlıklar ve safra yolu yaralanmaları olmak üzere 4 grupta incelenebilir. Bu derlemede, önce ERCP’de kullanılan plastik ve metal stentlerin teknik detaylarından kısaca bahsedildikten sonra, bahsi geçen endikasyonlarda hangi stentin tercih edilmesi gerektiği ile etkinlik ve komplikasyonlarını içeren klinik sonuçları özetlenecektir.
