COVID-19 Enfeksiyonuyla Tetiklenen Eritema Nodozum Olgusu

Abstract

Eritema Nodozum (EN), palpasyonda ağrılı ve çoğunlukla bacak ve ayak bileklerinin ekstansör yüzlerinde lokalize olan ani gelişen eritematöz, nodül veya plaklarla karakterize pannikülitin en yaygın şeklidir. Nodüller tipik olarak 1-3 cm çapındadır. EN'nin %55 kadarı idiyopatik olarak kabul edilirken, en yaygın nedenler enfeksiyonlar, ilaçlar, sarkoidoz ve inflamatuvar barsak hastalığı gibi sistemik hastalıklar, hamilelik ve malignitedir. Bu çalışmada, COVID-19'un klinik bulgusu olarak bir eritema nodozum olgusunu sunuyoruz ve 77 yaşındaki bir kadında hastalığın seyrini tanımlıyoruz.
