Hizmetlerin İnternetinden Ne Anlamalıyız? Bir Literatür İncelemesi

Abstract

Gelecekte bir vizyon olacak Endüstri 4.0’ın esas amacı, endüstri ile bilişim teknolojilerini bir araya getirerek klasik yaklaşımlardan farklı olarak, düşük maliyetli teknolojik sistemlere ulaşmaktır. Özellikle işletmeler rekabet avantajı sağlamak için inovatif dijital teknolojilerden faydalanmaktadırlar. İşletmelerde başlayan dijitalleşme süreci yerini dijital dönüşüm sürecine bırakmaktadır. Geleneksel iş modellerinden farklı olarak dijital dönüşümün katkısıyla çağdaş örgütler dijital ortaklıkları yaygınlaştırarak yeni bir dijital ekosistem yaratmaktadırlar. İşletmelerin, söz konusu değişim ortamında daha etkin faaliyet gösterme becerisini ifade eden dijital yoğunluk ve dijital dönüşüm alanlarına odaklanmaktadırlar. Dijital yoğunluk aynı zamanda işletmelerin dijital olgunluğunu da hızlandıran bir yetkinlik düzeyidir. Dijital dönüşümün sağlanabilmesi için işletmelerin dijital oryantasyonlarını başarıyla gerçekleştirmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu araştırmada endüstri 4.0’ın temel bileşenlerinden olan hizmetlerin interneti üzerinde durulmaktadır. Araştırma, yöntemi itibariyle literatür incelemesi (derleme) çalışmasıdır. Araştırmanın verileri son zamanlarda önem kazanan endüstri 4.0, dijital dönüşüm ve dijital oryantasyon literatüründen toplanarak yorumlanmış ve çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
