KOLEKTİFTEN BİREYE İŞYERİNDE DAYANIŞMANIN DÖNÜŞEN ANLAMI: NEGATİF DAYANIŞMA

Öz

Bu makale negatif dayanışma tartışmasına ilişkin ön–kavramsal bir giriş ve ampirik saha araştırmaları için belirli bir sorunsal hattı kurgulamayı amaçlıyor. Dayanışma, sosyolojik tahayyülde, benzerliklerini fark eden insanlar arasında ahlaki bağları, duygusal ortaklığı ve karşılıklılığı kuran bir davranış ilkesi olarak kavranır. Böyle olduğu sürece dayanışma pozitif niteliktedir. Geçtiğimiz yüzyılda iş–çalışma ilişkileri bağlamında dayanışma iş yerinde ekonomik temelli kazanımların ulusal ölçekte politik haklara dönüşümünde önemli rol oynamıştır. Ancak geldiğimiz safhada, işçi ve fabrika imgesine dayalı emeğin kolektif niteliği neoliberal yönetim ideolojileri ve dijital teknolojilerin etkisiyle küresel ölçekte parçalanmış ve bireyleşmiştir. Sürekli ve aşırı çalışmaya karşı tepki bireysel, içe–dönük ve pasif niteliktedir. Makale, işin–çalışmanın dönüşümü neticesinde ortaya çıkan koşullarda negatif olarak tanımlanan yeni bir dayanışma türünün tezahürüne dikkat çekiyor. İlgili yazında negatif dayanışma işin maddi ve sembolik getirisinin olmadığı koşullarda düşük ücret, güvencesizlik ve anlamsızlığa katlanma mecburiyetinden türeyen hınç ve öfkenin potansiyel müşterekleri aşındırıcı etkisi bağlamında tartışılmaktadır. Günümüz iş–çalışma ilişkileri ve iş yeri sosyalliklerini kavramak adına negatif dayanışma, üzerinde düşünülmesi ve ampirik olarak araştırılması gereken bir sosyal sorun alanıdır.
