Abstract
In this study, the establishment, purpose, activities and closing of the Association for Fighting Communism of Zonguldak, which was established in Zonguldak, was examined. Founded under the influence of the anti-communist politics of the Cold War Era, this association has operated for approximately four years. While struggling with communism with various methods along with the nationalist rhetoric they developed, on the other hand they were holding meetings, conferences and meetings; they also displayed an active appearance both in public and in politics with the publications they published. With the influence of Turkish names such as Nejdet Sançar, Halit Taşman, which he was added Association for Fighting Communism of Zonguldak, which was established as a local association, the association developed new nationalist rhetoric and the scope of the association went beyond the boundaries of the province of Zonguldak with these activities. Thus, the association, which had an impact on the Turkish political life, which had become an example for future associations about fight against communism.
