The aim of this preventive project, which was developed for children staying with their mothers in a closed women’s penal institution, is to support all developmental areas of children aged 0-3, together with the education to be given to mothers, to strengthen the emotional bond between mother and child and to increase interaction. Another aim of the research is to develop the playground used for children and to ensure that it is used regularly. From this point of view, developmental evaluations were made and how therapy processes affected this interaction was examined. Within the scope of the study, 31 children aged 0-3 and their mothers were studied. For children aged 0-3, the AGTE Developmental Test and the 1-3 Age Social Emotional Evaluation Scale were used at the beginning and the end of the project. As a result of the research, it is seen that there are significant differences between the pretest and posttest measurements.
