Abstract

Kariyer çalışmalar yeni bir aşamaya gelmiştir. Bu yeni kavramlaştırmalar iş dünyasındaki değişimlere yanıt verme yolları getirmektedir. Ancak, bu yeni gelişmeler sadece mevcut duruma ilave şeklinde olmaktadır ve uygulamacılar için yeni durumu anlama konusunda nereden başlayacakları zorluğunu gündeme getirmektedir. Bu makale bu durumu karşılamaya yönelik bazı adımlar önermekte ve tartışmaktadır
