Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkçe alan yazında belki ilk defa bu çalışma ile gündeme gelen “örgütsel dertleşme” kavramını eğitim yönetimi alan yazınına kazandırmaktır. Bu
amaç doğrultusunda örgütsel dertleşme kavramına yakın anlamda kullanılan bazı kavramlarla örgütsel dertleşme kavramının benzer ve farklı yanları ortaya konularak, bu kavramın örgütsel öğrenme sürecinde oluşturduğu anahtar rol üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu amaçla konu ile ilgili alan yazın taranarak kuramsal bir temel oluşturulmuştur.
