METAL SEKTÖRÜNDE GÜVENLİK İKLİMİ İLE İŞ TATMİNİ İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

Metal madeni çıkarma ve işleme sektörü, iş kazaları ve buna bağlı olarak yaralanma ve can kayıplarının yüksek olduğu sektörlerin başında gelmektedir. İş güvenliği riskinin yüksek olduğu örgütlerde, olumlu güvenlik iklimi, iş kazalarını ve riskli davranışları, iş tatmini ve örgütsel güven gibi çeşitli tutum ve davranışlar aracılığıyla etkilemektedir. Çalışmanın amacı güvenlik iklimiyle iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkiyi metal sektöründe çalışan bireyler üzerinde incelemektir. Bu kapsamda 2019 yılında metal işleme işletmesinde çalışan 251 çalışandan veri toplanmıştır. Veriler kolayda örneklem ve anket yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Yapısal model kullanılarak hipotez testi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuçlar, güvenlik iklimiyle iş tatmini arasında pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. Olumlu güvenlik iklimi algısı çalışan tatminini artırmaktadır.
