The aim of this
study was, to examine the relation between
work family conflict and employee
performance. To measure the relationship ,WFC and EP scales used. Data were
gathered from hotel employees in Western Black Sea provinces. End of the study,
through data were examined -obtained statistical software package-, frequency
analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, ANOVA test and regression analysis. The
result indicate that work family
conflict related significantly to employee performance. Employee performance
perceptions and work and family conflict vary
according to some demographic variables.
