Eskişehir'de Tamamlayıcı ve Alternatif Tıp Kullanımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Eskişehir-Türkiye’de Tamamlayıcı ve Alternatif Tıp (TAT) kullanım düzeylerini, çeşitlerini ve TAT kullanımını etkileyen faktörleri incelemektir. Kent merkezinde yaşayan 300 cevaplayıcı tesadüfî örnekleme göre belirlenmiş ve kendilerine anket uygulanmıştır. Bulgulara göre, cevaplayıcıların %60’ı çeşitli TAT türleri kullanmaktadır. Sosyo-demografik özelliklerin genel TAT kullanımı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi bulunmadığı gözlenmiştir. Buna karşılık, sağlık hizmetlerinin ulaşılabilirlik ve maliyetinin genel TAT kullanımı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi bulunduğu görülmüştür.
