Tek Ebeveynli Aileler: Sorunlar ve Çözüm Önerileri

Abstract

Tek ebeveynli aileler anne ya da babanın, ebeveyn olarak tek başına ve çocuk bakımından sorumlu olduğu ailelerdir. En sık rastlanan tek ebeveynli aileler; boşanma, ölüm ve tercih sonucunda ortaya çıkan ailelerdir. Tek ebeveynli ailelerin sorunları karmaşık ve çok yönlüdür. Bu sorunlar arasında ekonomik yetersizlik, sosyal yaşam, ebeveynlik, çocuk bakımı, evle ilgili faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi ve zaman kullanımı önde gelmektedir. Tek ebeveynli ailelerin yaşam kalitesinin arttırılması ve karşılaştıkları sorunların çözümü amacıyla, tek ebeveynlere yönelik istihdam politikaları oluşturulması, çeşitli alanlarda vergi indirimi uygulamasına yönelik çalışmalar yapılması, yaşanabilecek güçlüklerle başa çıkma konusunda tek ebeveynli ailelere yaygın eğitim programları ve kitle iletişim araçlarından yararlanılarak eğitimler verilmesi gibi çeşitli önerilerde bulunulabilir.

Abstract

Tek ebeveynli aileler anne ya da babanın, ebeveyn olarak tek başına ve çocuk bakımından sorumlu olduğu ailelerdir. En sık rastlanan tek ebeveynli aileler; boşanma, ölüm ve tercih sonucunda ortaya çıkan ailelerdir. Tek ebeveynli ailelerin sorunları karmaşık ve çok yönlüdür. Bu sorunlar arasında ekonomik yetersizlik, sosyal yaşam, ebeveynlik, çocuk bakımı, evle ilgili faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi ve zaman kullanımı önde gelmektedir. Tek ebeveynli ailelerin yaşam kalitesinin arttırılması ve karşılaştıkları sorunların çözümü amacıyla, tek ebeveynlere yönelik istihdam politikaları oluşturulması, çeşitli alanlarda vergi indirimi uygulamasına yönelik çalışmalar yapılması, yaşanabilecek güçlüklerle başa çıkma konusunda tek ebeveynli ailelere yaygın eğitim programları ve kitle iletişim araçlarından yararlanılarak eğitimler verilmesi gibi çeşitli önerilerde bulunulabilir.
