The Journal of Social Policy Studies is a scientific and peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Ministry of Family and Social Services of the Republic of Türkiye. Formerly published under the title Family and Society (Aile ve Toplum), the journal has been published under the name Journal of Social Policy Studies since 2012. The journal publishes research articles and review articles in both Turkish and English.
As of 2026, the journal has adopted a thematic publication model. In each issue, manuscripts are grouped and published around a theme selected by the Ministry, such as family, children, women, disability and ageing. Authors are kindly requested to take this publication policy into consideration when submitting manuscripts to the journal.
