TEKERLEKLİ SANDALYE BASKETBOLUNDA SINIFLAMALARA GÖRE SERBEST ATIŞTA BİLEK HAREKETİNİN BİYOMEKANİKSEL ANALİZİ

Abstract

Çalışmamızın amacı farklı lezyon düzeyine sahip tekerlekli sandalye basketbolcularının serbest atış sırasında, bilek hareketlerindeki doğrusal kinematik farklılıklarını tespit etmektir. Araştırmaya Türkiye Tekerlekli Sandalye Basketbol A Milli Takımı’nda oynayan 1-2 puanlı 5 sporcu, 3-4 puanlı 5 sporcu katılmıştır. Sporcuların serbest şut tekniklerinde el bileğinin üç boyutta doğrusal hareket analizi yapılmıştır. Çekimlerde 100 Hz.lik 3 adet dijital kamera kullanılmış ve Simi Motion 6.2 Programı kullanılarak analizler yapılmıştır. Verilerin sonuçları SPSS 11,5 paket programı ve Microsoft Excel programı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. El bileğinin 3 eksen üzerinde yapılan değerlendirmesinde x ekseninde; 1. ve 2. grup arasında 3., 4., 5. ve 6. karelerde (frame) anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Diğer karelerde x ekseninde anlamlı farklara rastlanmamıştır (p>0,05). y ve z ekseninde ise anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). x eksenindeki farklılığın; düşük puanlı sporcuların oturma düzeylerinin düşük olup alçak atışla topu potaya atmaya çalışırlarken, gövde kuvvetlerini yeterince kullanamamaları ve atış kuvvetinde de devamlılığı sağlayamamalarından, yüksek puanlı oyuncuların ise oturma düzeylerinin daha yüksek olup gövde kuvvetlerini de topa aktararak daha yüksek atış yapabilmelerinden ve atış kuvvetini daha uzun sürdürebilmelerinden kaynaklandığını düşünmekteyiz

WRIST MOVEMENT’S BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS IN FREE THROW ACCORDING TO THE CLASSIFICATION IN WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find the linear kinematic differences on the wrist movements during the free throw different levels. The athletes from Turkey Wheelchair National Basketball Team who are 1-2 scored 5 players and 3-4 scored 5 players were used as a subject. The athletes’ wrists’ three dimensional linear movement analysis on their free throw techniques were done. Three digital camera with 100hz speed were used and analysis were made by using Simi Motion 6.2 programme. The results of the data were evaluated with SPSS 11,5 package programme amd by using Microsoft Excel programme. On the x axis; significiant differences between the 1. and 2. groups on the 3., 4., 5. and 6. frames were found (p<0,05). Significiant differences weren’t found on the x axis on the other frames (p>0,05). Significiant differences weren’t found on the y and z axis on the frames (p>0,05 we have concluded that the difference on the x axis cames from that those who have lower score were not using their body power is sufficiently and construtly while trying do shoot the ball into the basket sitting on the lower level and that those who have higher score were using their body power an a right posision and continuesly while trying to shoot the ball into the basket sitting on relatively high level
