Spormetre Journal of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, which started its publication life in 2003, is an international refereed scientific, online journal that adopts an open access policy and publishes original articles and reviews in the field of Sports Sciences. The language of the journal is Turkish and English. Spormetre Physical Education and Sport Sciences Journal is published online 4 times a year in March, June, September and December.

• As of 2023, the Journal Writing Guidelines have been updated according to APA 7.
• Please read the updated spelling rules and check the information you have entered into the system.
• The editorial office will reject articles that are entered incorrectly or do not comply with the spelling rules.
• The referee process will begin for articles that have been checked by the editorial office.
• The editorial office may make changes in the time and order of publication of the articles.
•Articles without an Ethics Committee will not be evaluated.
• For publications that have been previously presented at a scientific meeting, published abstracts or abstracts, or produced from a thesis, the author must indicate this in the note to the editor section when uploading to the system. The journal cannot be held responsible for any deficiency in this regard. In addition, it is not considered appropriate to submit the studies that have been previously presented elsewhere and published as full-text papers for publication in our journal by translating them into articles. Such a study will be rejected even if the refereeing process is completed.
