HALTERCİLERDE BİR ALAN TESTİ YAKLAŞIMI OLARAK DİKEY SIÇRAMA GÜÇ KESTİRİMLERİ İLE PERFORMANS ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLERİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu
araştırma, dikey sıçrama güç kestirimleri ile halter performansı arasındaki
ilişkileri incelemek amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırmaya 39 erkek (yaş: =16,35 ± 2,41 yıl,
vücut ağırlığı: =67,07 ± 9,73 kg, boy: =164,62 ± 5,22 cm, yağ yüzdesi: =12,07 ± 3,12) ve 32 kadın (yaş: 16,91 ± 3,02 yıl,
vücut ağırlığı: =53,78 ± 7,91 kg, boy: =156,02 ± 5,45 cm, yağ yüzdesi: =21,46 ± 2,88) toplam 71 genç halterci katıldı. Dikey sıçrama ölçümleri,
eller serbest aktif sıçrama, (ESAS) eller belde aktif sıçrama (AS) ve skuat
sıçrama (SS) ölçümleri Optojump Next® cihazı ile alındı. Ölçümlerden
önce standartlaştırılmış bir ısınma protokolü uygulandı. Ölçümler için iki
deneme hakkı verildi ve daha iyi olan deneme zirve güç (ZG)  
hesaplamaları için kullanıldı. ZG, Sayers ve
ark. tarafından geliştirilen bir denklem kullanılarak tahmin edildi. Halter
performansı, ölçümlerden 2 hafta önce düzenlenen Ulusal şampiyonada sergilenen
en yüksek koparma ve silkme toplam derecesi ile bu dereceler baz alınarak hesaplanan
Sinclair puanı (SP) üzerinden değerlendirildi. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler
Pearson r testi kullanarak tespit edildi. Analiz, sonuçları koparma ile AS, SS
ve ESAS güç arasında (sırasıyla r=0,90, 0,90, 0,86), silkme ile AS, SS ve ESAS güç
arasında (sırasıyla r=0,93, 0,92, 0,88) ve toplam ile AS, SS ve ESAS güç
arasında (sırasıyla r=0,94, 0,94, 0,89) olmak üzere yüksek ve çok yüksek düzeyde
ilişki olduğunu gösterdi. Bu araştırmanın bulguları dikey sıçrama güç
kestirimleri ile koparma ve silkme performansını değerlendirmenin etkili bir
yöntem olduğunu göstermektedir.
