This study sought to evaluate the impact of social support concerning physical activity showed by parents and friends of secondary school students on psychological well-being. The study was methodologically fictionalized on the basis of the general screening model, which is among quantitative research models. The target population of the study comprised nearly 5500 students receiving education in schools providing educational activity in the city center of Burdur, while the sample of it comprised 390 students receiving education in these schools. In order to determine the sample, the study used the simple random sampling method, which is among random sampling methods. The study used the “Social Support in Physical Activities Scale” and the “Psychological Well-being Scale” as data collection tools. In order to perform statistical analysis of the data, the study primarily performed a normality analysis regarding the data. As a result of this analysis, parametric tests were applied to the normally distributed data and non-parametric analysis methods were applied to the non-normal distribution data. In order to evaluate the impact of social support in physical activities on psychological well-being and to test the hypotheses created in the study, the study used the path analysis method, which is among structural equation models. In order to evaluate the impact differences caused by the variables, the study used the regulative impact analysis method. As a result of analysing the data the study concluded that social support concerning physical activity has a positively significant impact on psychological well-being (p<0.01). In addition the hypotheses of the study were confirmed as a result of the findings acquired (p<0.01).
