MİLLİ BADMİNTONCULARDA SPORA ÖZGÜ ADIMLAMA SÜRATİ İLE BAZI ANTROPOMETRİK VE MOTORİK PERFORMANS ÖZELLİKLERİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, milli badmintoncuların spora özgü adımlama sürati ile bazı antropometrik ve motorik özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek hedeflendi. Çalışmaya, 4 erkek (yaş; 16 yıl, antrenman geçmişi; 7 yıl, boy uzunluğu; 176,5 cm, vücut ağırlığı; 70,5 kg) ve 8 kız (yaş; 15,5 yıl, antrenman geçmişi; 6,50 yıl, boy uzunluğu; 166,0 cm, vücut ağırlığı; 54,0 kg) milli badminton oyuncusu gönüllü olarak katıldı. Katılımcılara, boy uzunluğu ve vücut ağırlığı ölçümleri, 20 m sürat, 20 m reaksiyon sürati, 20 m geri sürat, çeviklik, dikey sıçrama, durarak uzun atlama, bacak kuvveti, sırt kuvveti, esneklik ve spora özgü adımlama sürati testleri (öne, arkaya, sağa ve sola adımlama) uygulandı. İlaveten, boy uzunluğu ve vücut ağırlığı ölçüm sonuçlarına göre sporcuların beden kütle indeksleri de hesaplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi için tanımlayıcı istatistikleri (medyan, Q1 ve Q3) hesaplanmıştır. Spora özgü adımlama sürati ile antropometrik ve motorik performans değerleri arasındaki ilişki incelemek için Spearman Korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Erkeklerde, sağ-yana adımlama sürati ile boy uzunluğu ve geri sürat, sol-yana adımlama sürati ile vücut ağırlığı ve reaksiyon sürati, öne adımlama ile geri sürat arasında anlamlı ilişki bulundu (p<0,05). Kızlarda, arkaya adımlama sürati ile boy uzunluğu ve durarak uzun atlama, sağ-yana adımlama sürati ile vücut ağırlığı, sol-yana adımlama sürati ile bacak kuvveti arasında anlamlı ilişki görüldü (p<0,05). Hem erkek hem de kızlarda boy uzluğu ve vücut ağırlığı artışı ile adımlama süratinde düşüş görülürken, erkeklerde 20 m reaksiyon ve geri sürat, kızlarda da alt ekstremite kuvvet ve patlayıcı kuvvet artışı ile adımlama süratinin arttığı tespit edildi. Badmintoncuların fiziksel performans seviyeleri belirlenirken, genel testler ile birlikte spora özgü test ve ölçümlere de yer verilmelidir. Ayrıca, spora özgü adımlama süratini geliştirici egzersizler oluşturmalı ve antrenman programlarına dâhil edilmelidir.
