DİNLENİLEN FARKLI TEMPO MÜZİKLERİNFUTBOLCULARDAAEROBİK VEANAEROBİK PERFORMANSA ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı; farklı tempodadinlenilen müziklerin futbolcularda aerobik ve anaerobik performansa etkisinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın örneklem grubunu Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu U-19 liginde mücadele eden Aydın Yıldızspor takımından yaş ortalaması 19,843,00 yıl, boy ortalaması1766.32 santimetre (cm), vücut ağırlık ortalaması70,845,44 kilogram ve vücut kitle indeksi (v.k.i) 22,671,29 olan 19 futbolcu oluşturmuştur. Katılımcılara önceden belirlenmiş hafif tempo müzik, hareketli tempo müzik ve katılımcıların kendi seçtikleri müzik türlerinden birini kura yöntemi ile belirlemeleri istenmiştir. Her müzik türünü kişisel kulaklıklarından 120-140 (bpm) olacak şekilde dinleyerek, 5 dakika jogging ve 10 dakikalık dinamik germe egzersizlerinden oluşan 15 dakikalık standart ısınma protokolünü uygulamışlardır. Isınmanın ardından katılımcılarınaerobik performansları Yo-Yo aralıklı Toparlanma Testi 1 (YIRT1) ve anaerobik performansları ise Tekrarlı Sprint Sürati Testi (RAST) ile değerlendirilmiştir. 48 saatlik dinlenme aralıkları ile tüm müzik türleri için aerobik ve anaerobik performans testleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 20.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların farklı müzik türlerinde aerobik ve anaerobik performansları arasındaki farkın belirlenmesiOne-Way Anova analizi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. İstatistiksel analiz sonuçlarına göre; katılımcılarındinledikleri farklı tempo müziklerin aerobik ve anaerobik performanslarına etkisinde anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanmamıştır (p>0,05). Ancak istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmasa da sporcuların kendi isteklerine bağlı dinledikleri müziklerde aerobik ve anaerobik performanslarının daha iyi olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak; bu çalışmanın bulguları farklı tempoda dinlenilen müziklerin aerobik ve anaerobik performans üzerinde bir etkisinin olmadığını ortaya koymuştur.
