Abstract

İnternet kullanımın yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte insanların mobil ve dijital talepleri ve beklentileri giderek artmaktadır. Bu artışı tetikleyen en büyük nedenlerden birisi ise insanların ihtiyaçlarının zaman içerisinde değişime uğramasıdır. Bu bağlamda dijitalleşmenin önemliliği hemen her sektörde giderek kendini göstermektedir.
