Endemik iki Barbarea (brassicaceae) türünün [Barbarea anfractuosa (Hartvig & Strid.) Y. Bağcı ve Savran ve Barbarea duralii Y. Bağcı & Savran] anatomik ve morfolojik karakterlerinin analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, "Türkiye Barbarea R. Br. (Brassicaceae) Cinsinin Revizyonu" adlı proje kapsamında yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Barbarea (Brassicaceae) cinsine ait Barbarea duralii ve Barbarea anfractuosa türlerinin anatomik ve morfolojik karakterleri analiz edilmiştir. Morfoloji çalışmalarında, her iki türün taksonomik değere sahip olan gövde, yaprak, çiçek ve meyve karakteristikleri ölçülmüş ve detaylı betimleri hazırlanmıştır. Bu iki türün anatomik incelemeleri için kök, gövde ve yapraklardan mikrotom veya el ile kesitler alınmıştır. Kesitler daimi preparat haline getirilerek binokuler ışık mikroskopu altında incelenmiştir. Daha sonra, entegre kamera sistemi ile kesitlerin fotoğrafları çekilmiştir. Her iki türün morfolojik ve anatomik özellikleri, benzerlik ve farklılıklarına göre detaylı olarak tartışılmıştır.

Analysis of anatomical and morphological characters of two endemic Barbarea (brassicaceae) species [Barbarea anfractuosa (Hartvig & Strid.) Y. Bağcı ve Savran ve Barbarea duralii y. Bağcı & Savran]

Abstract

This study was conducted within the scope of the project titled "Revision of the genus Barbarea R.Br. (Brassicaceae) of Turkey". In this study, anatomical and morphological characters of Barbarea duralii and Barbarea anfractuosa species belonging to the genus Barbarea (Brassicaceae) were analyzed. In the morphological studies, the taxonomically valuable stem, leaf, flower, and fruit characteristics of both species were measured and detailed descriptions were given. For anatomical examinations of these two species, sections were taken from roots, stems, and leaves by microtome or by hand. The sections were made into permanent preparations and examined under a binocular light microscope. After that, the sections were photographed with an integrated camera system. The morphological and anatomical characteristics of both species are discussed in detail according to their similarities and differences.
