PLODIA INTERPUNCTELLA (HUBNER) (LEPIDOPTERA:PYRALIDAE) PUPLARININ YAĞ ASİDİ BİLEŞİMİNE DÜŞÜK SICAKLIĞIN ETKİLERİ

Abstract

10, 20, ve 30 gün süreyle düşük sıcaklıkta (+4°C ) tutulan Plodia interpunctella (Hübner) puplarının yağ asidi bileşimleri araştırılmıştır. Yağ asidi bileşimlerinin büyük bir bölümünü oleik asit (%52.60-54.58), palmitik asit (%20.80-22.87), palmitoleik asit (%1.81-2.75), linoleik asit (%15.29-15.67) ve stearik asidin (%2.90-3.23) oluşturdukları görülmüştür. Düşük sıcaklığa bağlı olarak pupların yağ asidi bileşiminde kantitatif farklılıklar belirlenmiştir. Düşük sıcaklıktan dolayı pupların yağ asidi bileşimlerinde toplam doymuş yağ asitleri yüzdesi (%27.17-24.65) azalmış, toplam aşırı doymamış yağ asitleri yüzdesi (%16.79-18.58) ise artmıştır.
