ZnS Nanoparçacıklar İçeren Langmuir-Blodgett İnce Filmlerin Elektriksel Özellikleri

Abstract

C23H16N2O4 kimyasal formül ile verilen organik molekül (1,3-bis-(p-iminobenzoik asit) indan) Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) film tekniği ile cam alt taş üzerinde büyütüldü. Değişik kalınlıklarda büyütülen ZnCI2 katkılı filmler büyütme sonrasında H2S gazına maruz bırakılarak film içersinde ZnS yarıiletken nanoparçacıklar oluşturuldu. LB film transferinin gerçekleştiği UV spektrumu ile doğrulandı. Aynı koşullar altında benzer LB filmler metal kaplı cam yüzey üzerine büyütüldü ve elektriksel özelliklerini araştırmak için metal-organik ince film-metal yapısı şeklinde üretildi. Farklı tabakalardaki filmlerin elektriksel özellikleri H2S gazına maruz kalma aşamasından önce ve sonra ölçüldü. Nanoparçacıkların oluşumunun akım değerinde azalmaya sebep olduğu gözlendi.

When the Faculty of Letters and Sciences was separated into the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Letters with the decision of the Council of Ministers numbered 2008/4344 published in the Official Gazette dated 3 December 2008 and numbered 27073, it has been published as "Selcuk University Journal of Science Faculty" between 2009-2025.
