Anthemis cretica subsp. tenuiloba ve Arıthemis aciphylla var. discoidea Türlerinin Antibakteriyal Etkilerinin Araştırılması
Abstract
Bu çalışmada Anthemis cretica subsp. tenuiloba ve Anthemis aciphylla var. discoidea'ya ait uçucu yağlar ve etanol ekstreleri disk difüzyon metodu kullanılarak yedi bakteri türüne karşı (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 ve ATCC 25923 suşları, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Sarcinia lutea, Bacillus cereus ) antibakteriyal etkileri araştırılmıştır.Anthemis aciphylla var. discoidea uçucu yağı S. aureus ATCC 6538, S. epidermidis, S. lutea ve B. cereus bakterilerine karşı antibakteriyal etki gösterirken, Anthemis cretica subsp. tenuiloba uçucu yağı bu bakterilerden ikisine karşı antibakteriyal etki göstermiştir (S. aureus ATCC 6538, S. epidermidis ). Her iki bitki türünün etanol ekstreleri 7 bakteri türünden 5'ine etki gösterirken (S. aureus ATCC 6538, S. aureus ATCC 25923, S. epidermidis, S. lutea, B. cereus), iki bakteri türüne karşı antibakteriyal etki gözlenmemiştir.
