Bazı Kışlık Yulaf Genotiplerinde Tane Veriminin Kararlılık Analizi

Abstract

Bitki ıslahı çalışmalarının temel amacı yüksek ve kaliteli tohum verimi elde etmektir. Bu amaç için, çeşitlerin mutlaka farklı ekolojik bölgelerde yetiştirilmeleri ve bunların nasıl tepkiler vereceklerinin bilinmesi gereklidir. Kararlılık analizi, çevre şartlarının çeşitler üzerine yaptıkları etkilerin tahmin edilmesidir. Bu çalışmada, kararlılık kavramı, çevre indeksleri ve genotipik varyans, ekovalans, değişim katsayısı ve regresyon katsayısı gibi kararlılık parametreleri açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca konunun daha iyi anlaşılması için yulaf bitkisinde (Secale cerale L.) yapılan bir çalışma örnek olarak verilmiştir

Stability Analysis of Seed Yield of Some Winter Oat Genotypes

Abstract

The aim of Plant breeding is mainly to provide qualified seed. For this aim, the varieties should be grown on different region and known how they will react in this region. Analysis of stability is to estimate effect of conditions of environment on some characters of varieties. In this study, stability concept, environmental index and stability parameters such as genotypic variance, stability variance, ecovalance, coefficient of variation and regression coefficient were explained with an example on seed yield of Oat (Secale cerale L.).
