RAPD-PCR Yöntemiyle Türkiye’deki Hyacinthella Schur (Liliaceae) Türleri Arasındaki Polimorfizm ve Filogenetik İlişkilerin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalımada Rastgele Çoaltılmı Polimorfik DNA - Polimeraz Zincir Reaksiyonu (RAPD-PCR) Hyacinthella türlerini birbirinden ayırt etmek için kullanılmıtır. Kullanılan primerler, Hyacinthella türleri arasındaki genetik uzaklıkları belirlemede faydalı olduu tespit edilmitir. O-3 ve O-11 primerlerine göre H. heldreichii bireyleri genetik bakımdan birbirinin aynı bulunurken, O-3, O-11 ve O-4 primerlerine göre hem türler hem de bazı türün bireyleri arasında polimorfizm olduu belirlenmitir. H. hispida, H. lineata ve H. glabrescens bireyleri arasında oldukça yüksek polimorfizm görülmütür.

It has been scanned in DergiPark since 2016.
