Epiklorhidrin ile Çaprazbağlı Kitosanın Sentezlenmesi ve Metal Komplekslerinin İncelenmesi
Abstract
Bu çalışmada daha önce literatürde bulunmayan yeni bir ligand ve bu ligandın Cu(ll), Ni(ll), Cd(ll) ve Zn(ll) metal tuzlan ile kompleksleri sentezlendi. Kitosanın amin grubu benzaldehit ile kapatıldı(CTB). Epiklorhidrin(ECH) ile reaksiyondan sonra çaprazbağlanma gerçekleştirildi. Çaprazbağlı kitosanı elde etmek için Schiff bazı, etanollü seyreltik HCI ilave edilerek uzaklaştırıldı (CCTS). Etanolde süspansiyonu hazırlanan CCTS'nln üzerine, piridin-2-karbaldehit(PC) ve 4-metilpiridin-2-karbaldehitin(MPC) etanoldeki çözeltisi ilave edildi. Reaksiyon bitiminde elde edilen ligandlar süzüldü, etanol ve deiyonize su ile yıkandı ve vakumda kurutuldu. Ligandların etanolde süspansiyonu hazırlandı ve üzerine ekivalent miktarda Cu(ll), Ni(ll), Cd(ll) ve Zn(ll) metal tuzlarının etanoldaki çözeltileri ilave edilerek karışım 96 saat geri soğutucu altında kaynatıldı. Sentezlenen ürün süzüldü etanol ve deiyonize su ile birkaç kez yıkandı ve vakumda kurutuldu Sonuç olarak, literatürde kaydına rastlanmayan iki yeni ligand ve bu ligandların metal komplekleri sentezlendi. Bunların yapıları, İR spektroskopisi, SEM, TGA ve elementel analiz teknikleri ile aydınlatılmaya çalışıldı.
