Galleria mellonella (L.) (Lepidoptera:Pyralidae) Larva ve Pupunun Yağ Asidi Bileşimi
Abstract
G. mellonella’ nın 5., 6., 7. evre larvaları ve puplarının gaz kromatografik analizinde total yağ asidi bileşimini C 12:0 - 20:0 yağ asitlerinin oluşturduğu belirlenmiştir. Oleik asit ve palmitik asit yüzdelerinin çok yüksek olduğu, linoleik asit yüzdesinin de üçüncü büyük yüzdeye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
