Glisin’den Elde Edilen Schiff Bazlarının Sentezi ve Bunların Cu(II) ve Ni(II) Komplekslerinin Elde Edilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, çıkış maddeleri olarak asetaldehit ve benzaldehit kullanıldı. Bunlar, etilalkol ve potasyum hidroksit’li ortamda glisin’in alkoldeki çözeltisine, 3 saat karıştırılarak ilave edildi ve Schiff bazlarına çevrildi. Aldehitler, glisin ve KOH ile oda sıcaklığında potasyum tuzuna dönüştürüldü. Bu ürünlerin Cu(II), Ni(II) kompleksleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen ürünlerin ve komplekslerin elemental analizleri, IR, 1 H-NMR spektrumları ve manyetik duyarlılık değerleri belirlendi. Ayrıca bazı fiziksel özellikleri tayin edildi ve bu suretle yapıları aydınlatıldı.

The Synthesis of Schiff Bases Derived from Glycine and Their Complexes with Cu(II) and Ni(II)

Abstract

In this study, acetaldehyde and benzaldehyde were used as starting material. Glycine in ethanol solution were added to the solution of KOH in ethanol with stirring for 3 h., then these was converted to their schiff bases to change. Aldehydes were converted to potassium salt with glycine and KOH at room temperature. After that, their Cu(II),and Ni(II) complexes were synthesised. The chemical structures of the obtained products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1 H-NMR spectra and magnetıc susceptibility data. In addition, some physical properties of the products were also determined.
