En Küçük Etkili Doz Düzeyini Belirleme Yöntemlerinin Karşılaştırmaları

Year 2010, Volume: 2 Issue: 36, 83 - 94, 01.06.2010

Abstract

Comparisons of the Methods for Finding the Minimum Effective Dose

Year 2010, Volume: 2 Issue: 36, 83 - 94, 01.06.2010

Abstract

In development studies of toxicological and medicine, minimum effective dose (MED) which deal with any illness, is wanted to be found. The first dose exceeds the zero control dose (or placebo control dose) which can be taken a boundary value, is called MED. The MED is detected by multiple comparsions after the null hypothessis which is “there is no differance between the means.”, is rejected in ANOVA. In this study pairwise and Helmert comparsions which is used for detecting MED are studied. For this comparisions parametric and non-parametric step-down closed analysis methods are compared according to their empirical significance levels.
