Abstract

Bilişsel Gelişim; zihinsel süreç içinde algılama, hatırlama, akıl yürütme, karar verme ve problem çözme gibi olgulardan meydana gelen değişikliklerin hepsidir Atkinson ve diğerleri,1999 . Ataç, bilişsel gelişimi belek ve zeka gelişim olarak tanımlamıştır. Zekayı ise; olayların anlam ve ilişkilerinden, sonuçlara varabilme yeteneği olarak ifade etmiştir Ataç, 1993 . Bilişsel gelişimi benimseyen psikologlardan Piaget 1965 ; bilişin gelişmesiyle ilgili temel görüşleri şöyle özetlemiştir: Organizmanın yapısı itibariyle, bireyin bir zihinsel kapasitesi vardır. Zihin beyin ve ilgili sinirlerin fonksiyonudur. Zihnin değişme ve kendini yenileme gücüne zeka denir. Bireyin bir de dış dünyası vardır. Dış dünya ile tecrübeler sırasında birey çevresiyle etkili bir şekilde etkileşerek kendi dışındaki bilgileri anlama yeteneğini ve bilme yöntemini geliştirir. Buna bilişin gelişimi ya da bilişsel gelişim denir Ülgen ve Fidan, 1991 .

Abstract

In this study, the effects of variable of “Program of Experimental Creativeness” is studied on the cognitive development areas of 4-5 aged experimental children groups. This study is a real experimental model and it was studied in a motive which has a control group which pre-test and last-test. In order to measure the behaviours of -5 aged children’s cognitive developments, the “Portage Cognitive Development Control Table of Children which are Between 49 and 60 Month” was applied. The averages of pre-test and last-tent points of the children of experimental and control groups were tested separately by “t test”. The Level of Importance between these averages were accepted as 0,5. The conclusions which were gotten after the study were summarized bellow: 1. A meaningful difference was not found between the children of experimental and control groups before the “ Program of Experimental Creativeness” 2. A difference in the cognitive development of the children of experimental group was seen after “The Program of Experimental Creativeness” variable was applied. It has been cleared that, “The Program of Experimental Creativeness” is effective in the developing of positive way of behaving and actions of children. 3. An important difference was not seen between the averages of points of pre-test and last-test of the “Portage Cognitive Development Control Table of Children which are Between 49 and 60 Month” children of control group
