Abstract

Bu çalışmada, yapay zekanın bir alt disiplini olan uzman sistemler US incelenmişve personel seçimine yönelik “Expert-Personel” adında bir uzman sistem geliştirilmiştir. Sistem, Konya Büyükşehir Belediyesinde, Belediye Başkan Yardımcısı, Çevre Koruma Daire Başkanıve Çevre Şube Müdürü seçimine yönelik olarak uygulanmıştır. Bu birimler için işanalizi ve görev tanımlarıyapıldıktan sonra uygun bir işbaşvuru formu oluşturulmuştur. Ayrıca adayların kişilik özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik kişilik belirleme sorularıoluşturulmuşve en uygun adaylar “Expert-Personel” uzman sistemi yardımıile belirlenmiştir.

Abstract

In this study, expert systems which are a subsystem of artificial intelligence were investigated and an expert systems whose name is “Expert Personel” was improved to personel selection. This systems was applied in Konya Municipality for selection of second chairman, chairman of enviroment department and director of enviroment department. An apllication form was prepared for these department after analyze them. In addition, a questionnaire which is about personal characteristics was created to determine charaecteristics of candidate and the best suitable candidate was determined help of “Expert-Personel”
