DUYGUSAL ZEKA VE ÇATIŞMA YÖNETİMİ STRATEJİLERİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLERİN İNCELENMESİ: ÜNİVERSİTEDE ÇALIŞAN AKADEMİK VE İDARİPERSONEL ÜZERİNE UYGULAMA

Abstract

Hızla değişen koşullar altında yaşayan tüm insanlar sürekli olarak belirsizlik ve değişimlerle karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Farklı özelliklere sahip bireylerin bu koşullar altında etkileşim halinde olmaları bireyler arasında çatışmalara yol açmaktadır. Çatışmaların etkin olarak yönetilmesi ise çeşitli duygusal becerilere sahip olunmasını gerektirmektedir. Duygusal zeka ve çatışma yönetimi stratejilerinin ele alındığı bu çalışmanın amacı; bireylerin duygusal zeka boyutları ve kullandıkları çatışma yönetimi stratejileri arasındaki ilişkilerin saptanması ve incelenmesidir. Bu doğrultuda çalışmada öncelikle duygusal zeka ve çatışma yönetimi ele alınmakta; uygulama bölümünde ise ele alınan örnek hakkında bilgi verilmekte, çalışmanın metodolojisi ve hipotezleri ortaya konmakta ve bu hipotezleri test etmeye yönelik analizler gerçekleştirilmektedir

Abstract

All people living under rapidly changing conditions continuously face with uncertainties and changes. Being the individuals in interaction, who have different characteristics, carry with conflicts between individuals. Effective management of conflicts requires possessing several emotional skills. The aim of this study in which emotional intelligence and conflict management strategies are discussed, is to determine and analyze the relationships between the individuals’ dimensions of emotional intelligence and the conflict management strategies they use. In this direction firstly in the study the emotional intelligence and conflict management are discussed and in the implementation section information about the considered sample is given, the methodology and hypothesis of the study are stated and the analysis oriented to test those hypothesis are performed.
