Abstract
Bu araştırmada Ego Kimlik Süreci Ölçeğinin Türkçe’ye uyarlanması, geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ego Kimlik Süreci Ölçeğinin Türkçe’ye uyarlanması, geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları228 üniversite öğrencisi üzerinde yapılmıştır. Ego kimlik süreci ölçeği, Balistreri, Busch-Rossnagel, ve Geisinger tarafından 1995 yılında geliştirilmiştir. Ölçek toplam 32 sorudan oluşmaktadır ve 6’lılikert tipi bir ölçektir. Ölçeğin güvenirliği Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlık katsayısıve testin tekrarıyöntemleriyle yapılmıştır. Geçerliği ise kapsam geçerliği yolu ile bulunmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular, Ego Kimlik Süreci ölçeğinin Türk öğrenciler üzerinde geçerli ve güvenilir olarak kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğunu ve kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to Turkish standardization and the reliability and validity studies of the Ego Identity Process Questionnaire. Turkish standardization and the reliability and validity studies of the Ego Identity Process Questionnaire on 228 undergraduate students were done. Ego Identity Process Questionnaire developed by Balistreri Balistreri, Busch-Rossnagel, ve Geisinger 1995 . Ego Identity Process Questionnaire was consist of 32 items of which values are evaluted according to 6 scores For reliability, Cronbach Alpha internal consistency and testretest; and for validity, content validity was utilized. Findings show that this questionnaire can be used acceptable level of validity and reliability for Turkish Undergraduate students
