İHRACAT YAPAN KOBİ’LERİN İNSAN SERMAYESİ, ÖRGÜTSEL SERMAYE, DIŞSAL SERMAYE İLE İHRACAT PERFORMANSI İTİBARİYLE GRUPLANDIRILMASI

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, ihracat yapan küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmelerin ihracat performansı, insan sermeyesi, örgütsel sermaye ve bakımından benzerlik gösterip göstermediğini belirlemektir. Bu çalışmada veri ve bilgi toplayabilmek amacıyla posta ile anket yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Anket formu oluşturulmadan önce konu ile ilgili gerekli literatür taramasıyapılmışve ihracat yapan KOBİyöneticileri ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Anket formuna son şekli verilmeden önce, ihracat yapan 20 küçük ve orta boy işletme ile pilot bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Örnek büyüklüğü 245 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Araştırma hipotezini test edebilmek amacıyla hiyerarşik olmayan kümeleme analizi kullanılmıştır. Uygulanan analiz sonucunda ihracat yapan küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmelerin ihracat performansı, insan sermayesi, örgütsel sermaye ve dışsal sermaye itibariyle benzer üç alt kümeden oluştuklarıbelirlenmiştir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the SMEs show similarities in terms of their export performance, human capital and organizational capital or not. In this study, in order to collect data, questionnaire by mail was used. Before the questionnaire was formed, a detailed literature review was done and in addition interviews with the managers of the SMEs that make export were conducted. The questionnaire was pre-tested on 20 SMEs. Through the application of the questionnaire 245 useful questionnaires were collected. Non- hiererchical cluster analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. As a result, it was found that the SMEs could be grouped under three similar clusters that were export performance, human capital and organizational/external capital
