The publication of articles in our journal follows a structured five-stage process: Preliminary Evaluation, Manuscript Preparation and Plagiarism Check, Peer Review, Language Editing and Proofreading, and Final Formatting.
1. Preliminary Evaluation
Upon submission, the chief editor evaluates the manuscript for its alignment with the journal’s “Aims and Scope.” Manuscripts deemed relevant are forwarded to the appropriate section editors for preliminary assessment. Based on their recommendations, manuscripts suitable for further processing are selected.
2. Manuscript Preparation and Plagiarism Check
Selected manuscripts are reviewed in accordance with the journal’s “Instructions for Authors.” Only manuscripts that fully comply with formatting guidelines, copyright agreements, Turnitin similarity reports, ethical approval statements, and conflict of interest disclosures are sent for peer review. Any missing or incomplete requirements are communicated to the corresponding author for correction.
3. Peer Review
Peer review is conducted on a double-blind basis. The editor sends each manuscript to two reviewers recommended by the section editors. Reviewers assess the manuscript using the journal’s evaluation form. Manuscripts receiving positive recommendations from both reviewers are submitted to the Editorial Board for a final publication decision. If one reviewer submits a negative evaluation, a third reviewer may be appointed at the editor’s discretion. The final decision on publication rests with the Editorial Board. Manuscripts approved for publication proceed to the editing stage.
4. Language Editing and Proofreading
Approved manuscripts are reviewed by both the editor and the language editor. Any identified errors or deficiencies are communicated to the author for correction. Once all necessary revisions have been made, the manuscript is returned to the author for final verification.
5. Final Formatting
The production editor formats the manuscript according to the journal’s style, assigns DOI numbers, and prepares it for publication. The manuscript is sent to the author for a final review before publication.
6. Publication
The journal issue is published.
