CLASSROOM TEACHERS’ BELIEFS ABOUT BRAIN-BASED LEARNING
Abstract
This study aimed to show beliefs of classroom teachers about brain-based learning. Convenience sampling was done to select participants for this descriptive study, which was conducted to present current situation. Data wa scollected through brain-based learning scale. Thehorizon of thestudy is 2264 classroom teacher semployed in National Education Ministry in Gaziantep’s Şahinbey districtduring 2013-2014 educationyear. 411 classroomteachersparticipated in this study. Results showed that there is a significant difference between classroom teachers’ brain-based learning styles between genders and there is a meaning difference according to classroom teachers’ seniority. Also, there is a significant difference in teachers’ applicationsub-dimension points according to education status variables.
