Manuscript Submission Periods and System Closure
Our journal is published biannually, with issues released in June and December.
Manuscript Submission for the December Issue: 7 June – 1 August
(Manuscript submissions have been suspended as the number of submissions has exceeded twice the planned publication capacity of 25 articles.)
Manuscript Submission for the 2027 Issues: 16–27 November 2026
(Manuscript submissions will be suspended if the number of submissions exceeds twice the planned publication capacity of 25 articles.)
Manuscripts whose peer-review and evaluation processes are not completed within the scheduled publication period will be considered for the subsequent issue.
The manuscript evaluation process varies depending on the workload in the relevant fields and generally takes between 3 and 6 months.
Mandatory Compliance with the Author Guidelines
Manuscripts submitted to our journal must be prepared in accordance with the current Author Guidelines. Manuscripts that are not formatted according to the journal template, do not comply with the referencing and formatting rules, or are submitted without the required files will be rejected during the preliminary evaluation stage. Authors are strongly advised to carefully check the conformity of their manuscripts with the Author Guidelines before submission.
Publication Limit for Authors from the Same Institution
In accordance with the criteria of TR Dizin and the editorial policy of our journal, the Editorial Board has adopted the principle that no more than 20% of the articles published in a single issue may belong to authors affiliated with the same institution. Submissions exceeding this quota may be postponed to a subsequent issue or may not be included in the evaluation process, regardless of their academic merit.
