Örgütsel değişimin gerçekleştirilmesinde transformasyonel liderliğin rolü: sağlık sektöründe bir araştırma

Abstract
Amaç - Bu araştırmanın amacı, Kerbela ili’ndeki bir hastanede örgütsel değişimin gerçekleştirilmesinde transformasyonel liderliğin rolünü ortaya çıkarmaktır.
Yöntem - Araştırmada kullanılan veriler elden teslim ve çevrimiçi olarak dağıtılan anket yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilmiş ve SPSS programı yardımıyla analiz edilip değerlendirilmiştir.
Bulgular – Çalışmanın sonuçları, transformasyonel liderlik ile dört alt boyutu ve örgütsel değişim arasında pozitif, istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir.
Sonuç – Transformasyonel liderlik ile örgütsel değişim arasında pozitif bir ilişkinin olduğu, diğer bir deyişle transformasyonel liderliğin örgütsel değişimi olumlu etkilediği anlaşılmaktadır.

Abstract
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to reveal the role of transformational leadership in the realization of organizational change in a hospital in Karbala province.
Methodology – The data used in the research were obtained by using hand-delivered and online distributed questionnaire method and analyzed and evaluated with the help of SPSS program.
Findings – The results of the study showed that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the four sub-dimensions of transformational leadership and organizational change.
Conclusions – It is understood that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and organizational change, in other words, transformational leadership positively affects organizational change.
