Abstract

Approaches putting the patient in the center in delivery of health service sentailed to Show more interest than the past for individuality and preferences of it with the effect of competition and other arrangements regarding legislation. The importance given for making the patient firstly preferential in design and delivery of service elements was started to be more advanced by some health service providers for the purpose of competition advantage. Since it is a determinant of the service patientgets, it brings along the occurrence of important problems such as costandethics. In this study, delivery of limit less opportunities to the patient in delivery of health service or general service cost of accepting the patient as a customer as is in theother service are as isexamined in the context of literatüre with in the framework of opportunity justice and ethic principles

SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİNİN SUNUMUNDA “MÜŞTERİ HASTA” ve ETİK SORUNLAR

Abstract

Sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunda hastayı merkeze koyan yaklaşımlar, rekabetin ve mevzuata ilişkin diğer düzenlemelerin etkisiyle onun bireyselliğine ve tercihlerine geçmişte olduğundan daha fazla ilgi göstermeyi gerekli kılmıştır. Hizmet unsurlarının tasarlanmasında ve sunumunda hastanın ilk öncelikli hale gelmesine verilen önem, bazı sağlık hizmeti sunucuları tarafından rekabet avantajı amaçlı olarak daha da ileri götürülmeye başlanmıştır. Hastanın aldığı hizmetin de belirleyicisi olması, beraberinde maliyet ve etik gibi önemli sorunların ortaya çıkmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada da sağlık hizmeti sunumunda hastaya sınırsız olanaklar sunulması ya da diğer hizmet alanlarında görüldüğü gibi onun müşteri olarak kabul edilmesinin genel hizmet maliyeti, fırsat adaleti ve etik ilkeler çerçevesinde, literatür bağlamında irdelenmektedir.
