A RESEARCH: THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON INSTITUTIONAL REPUTATION

Abstract

In recent years, increasing competition between enterprises as a result of globalization, development in information communication technologies has been the cause of discussion of the new concepts. Technological innovation and change is being imitated by competitors so fast. This case has channeled enterprises to abstract concepts. Some basic values like culture, identity, reputation and image have drawn the attention of the managers. The aim of this study is to explain the organizational culture and institutional reputation on basic level and to address the effect of the organizational culture on institutional reputation. In this regard, the data taken as a result of survey conducted with the managers of 93 hospitals in Kayseri has been evaluated through frequency, correlation and regression analysis and it has been found that organizational culture have an impact on corporate reputation (R2=,494).
