Abstract

In public sector, there is a certain amount of improvements in terms of number of skilled personnel, productivity ratios, investment priorities and modern management techniques. Recent changes in public sector reflects the rapid developments both in private sector and in other parts of the public. Connected to these developments, Strategic Management has appeared to be an adept process as the management processes and decisions determine short and long term structures and activities of an organization. This method is an intrinsict part of the public sector decision-making and implementing processes. Besides, Strategic management intends to create a structure in which certain political and future threats and opportunities are dealt, and appreciated in its own environment
