Abstract

Eski Türkçe metinlerden bugüne uzanan tarihî seyir içinde, kür kelimesinin ve ondantürediğini ileri sürdüğümüz şekillerin semantik ve morfolojik yapısı üzerine detaylı tahlillerinsunulduğu bu makalede, kür kelimesi ve ondan türemiş şekiller; tarihi ve çağdaş şiveler, çeşitlileksikolojik açıklama ve görüşler göz önüne alınarak dilbilimsel bir metotla karşılaştırmalıolarak incelenmiş, elde edilen veriler ışığında varılan sonuçlar ortaya konulmuştur

Interpretations on the Word “Kür” in Terms of Morphology and Semantics

Abstract

This article aims at an analysis of the word “kür” and its derivations that are represented in terms of their semantic and morphological structure in a historical perspective of the Turkish language. By using the methods of linguistics the word “kür” and its derivations are comparatively examined in relation to the the historical and modern Turkish dialects and lexical explanations of various lexicological resources. Eventually the determinations are exposed in the light of all the information accumulated.
