Bazı Patates (Solanum tuberosum L.) Çeşitlerinin Erzurum Koşullarında Yumru Verimi ve Verim Unsurlarının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırma 12 patates çeşidinin Erzurum ekolojik şartlarında adaptasyon kabiliyetlerini tespit etmek amacıyla 2005-2006 yıllarında iki yıl süreyle yapılmıştır. Çalışma şansa bağlı tam bloklar deneme desenine göre 3 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Çeşitlerde, toplam yumru verimi, bitki boyu, ocak başına sap ve yumru sayısı ile ocak başına yumru verimi incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen iki yılın ortalama verilerine göre, en fazla bitki boyu Haymana (70.4 cm), ocak başına sap sayısı Horizon (5.7 adet), ocak başına yumru sayısı Lady Rosetta (11.5 adet), ocak başına ve toplam yumru verimi ise Cycloon (556.4 g/ocak ve 2271.0 kg/da) ile Van Gogh (510.9 g/ocak ve 2085.4 kg/da) çeşitlerinden elde edilmiştir. Sonuçta, ocak başına ve dekara yumru verimi bakımından Cycloon ve Van Gogh çeşitleri Erzurum ekolojisi için önerilebilir.

Determination of The Tuber Yield and Yield Components of Some Potato Genotypes under Erzurum Conditions

Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the adaptation ability of twelve potato varieties in Erzurum ecological conditions during years 2005 and 2006. The experiment was established as a randomized complete block design with 3 replicates. Genotypes were examined like total tuber yield, plant high, stem numbers per plant, tuber number per hill, tuber yield per hill. Average values of the highest plant high was obtained from the genotype Haymana (70.4 cm); the highest stem numbers per hill was obtained from the genotype Horizon (5.7 number); the highest tuber number per hill was obtained from the genotype Lady Rosetta (11.5 number); the highest per hill and total tuber yields were obtained from the genotypes Cycloon (556.4 g hill-1 and 2271.0 kg da-1) and Van Gogh (510.9 g hill-1 and 2085.4 kg da-1) from two years. As results, it can be concluded that the genotypes Cycloon and Van Gogh could be recommended for Erzurum ecological conditions due to their higher tuber yield per hill and per decar
